We are committed to slow fashion and fair trade practices and wherever possible use handwoven organic fabrics, natural dyes, and hand embroidery. By keeping handmade traditions alive, and by embracing handmade innovation, we hope to strengthen the Artisan Sector as it’s become a growing demand for handmade and socially responsible products in the US market. Minimum order: US$ 1200. There is no minimum on seasonal re-orders.
Payment terms: 50% deposit due at time of order, to begin production. Balance due upon completion of order and must be prepaid by credit card on ship date.
Lead time on orders: Most orders will ship within 3-4 months of receipt of order; larger or custom orders may take longer. Some items are available for immediate delivery.
Return Policy: If you wish to return items for any reason, they should be sent back in their original condition within 7 days of receipt, along with a written request/explanation. Returns will be exchanged for merchandise or will be handled as an account credit.
Price terms: All prices quoted are FOB USA. Buyer is responsible for all domestic shipping costs.
Shipping: Orders ship via FEDEX Ground or USPS priority unless otherwise arranged with buyers.

These are inherent conditions in working with small artisan cooperatives in Asia, as fabric, dyes, threads, etc., are sometimes not available in a consistent manner.
